Correction: Years after information is gathered, new information comes along. In 1936, when this song was collected by Helen, the lighthouse keeper was Edward Gallagher, Catherine’s husband. Ed was not the son of the former lighthouse keeper, Captain Richard Holland (of Ketch Harbour). Ed’s father was a fisherman in Ketch Harbour.
